Assistant Manager - CRM - Stock Exchange

Qualification: Full 2 years of MBA in Marketing/Finance

Experience: 1-3 yrs sales/ CRM exp in the Financial, Securities or with institutional Broking firm.

MUST HAVE EXP IN CAPITAL MARKETS, EQUITY, BROKING, CURRENCY DERIVATIVES

Salary: 7-9 lacs p.a

Purpose of the role:

To support the CRM function in being the single point of contact for handling all customer queries, coordinating client trainings. Support in acquisition of new clients and Business Development, cross sell to existing clients.

Role:

- Relationship Management, marketing & business development activity related to Equity, Equity Derivatives, Currency derivatives & NBFII.

- Ensuring all targets are met.

- Being Single Point of contact and relationship manager for all the mapped members.

- To create awareness and conduct sessions and seminars.

- Engaging with trading members/clearing members, corporates for promotion of all product segments on the Exchange platform

- Knowledge in Capital Market a must

Required:

- Understanding of the Financial sector / capital market

- Sales/ CRM Experience in capital markets

- Full time MBA

- Knowledge in Capital markets is a must
