Job Title: AM - CRM Specialist   Job Location : Mumbai   About our Client:   Our client is a multinational life insurance and financial services company. As a part of their CRM team they are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic CRM specialist, with drive, vision and strategy to join their team. You will need to demonstrate a passion for CRM and the desire to listen and work with clients and peers across the business. The CRM team works directly with key clients including Institutional, Retail, Marketing and Events etc. This role requires a proactive, solutions focused approach; the CRM Specialist's ultimate goal is to evolve and promote the use of Salesforce, Eloqua and their companion tools, continuously delivering benefits to the business.   Are you someone with-   - 2-5 years of experience in CRM.   - Excellent understanding of Salesforce CRM, Eloqua (or similar CRM and eMarketing platform).   - Strong Data Migration/Mapping and integration to third party apps.   - Salesforce/Eloqua Certifications (e.g. Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, Cloud Consultant, Eloqua Master).   - Excellent communication & consultancy skills to assist business users.   - Great problem solving skills.
