Assistant Manager - Corporate/Warehouse Safety - IT/Mfg/BFSI/FMCG/Healthcare/Pharma

Looking for candidates having 4+ years experience in handling Corporate/ warehouse safety and who can relocate to Mumbai is preferred.

Job Roles :

- Responsible for managing Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) improvement activities to achieve excellence at country level.

- Developing the local SHE Strategy and improvement plans in order to achieve sustainable SHE excellence by reducing injuries, illnesses and environmental impact as measured in the core KPIs by working with sales & supply chain team

- Deploying the global SHE strategy, policy and standards to achieve excellent sustainable results

- Managing the SHE committees and responsible to deliver Occupational Health, Safety and Environment results

- Driving safety and environment risk assessment and develop/implement appropriate controls

- Assisting safety committees and support in leading serious incident investigation and analysis

- Advising line management in all accident/incident investigations

- Developing and deploying internal SHE auditing and inspection systems, participate in audits as required.
