Whom we are looking for: - B.Com / M.Com + CA Qualified / CA & CS Qualified only (1st Preferences) - B.Com / M.Com + MBA (Fin) (2nd Preferences) - Total Job experience has to be in between 5 to 7 Years post CA only - Must be an expert in identifying and mitigating risks pertaining to different aspects of the corporate treasury to improve the control and compliance environment - Strong Relationship Management with Banks & other Financial Institutes. - Strong exposure in designing MIS reports (Cash Flow statements, Fund Flow statements, Liquidity Status, Working Capital etc) to Sr Management & various Stakeholders. - Preparations-related reports to banks on companies' business performances. - Excellent English writing (Drafting) skills, necessary, - Excellent skills in preparing PowerPoint presentations - Through knowledge in reviewing and drafting financing agreements like agreements for Short / Long Term loans, working capital, Project Finance, DSCR, etc mandatory. Preferred duties & responsibilities: - Ensuring timely availability of liquidity, fund planning and financing for the Company requirements - Domestic and International - Ensuring timely funding and uploading of Treasury / Financing / Bank interest related invoices on ERP / Portal for processing of regular interests / repayments. - Tracking & supporting all the merger and acquisition deals. - Evaluation of projects for M&A/accusation of group of assets across sectors including financial due diligence, preparation of financial model, assessing viability, stress analysis and conceptualize and analyses funding structures. - Implement refinancing and debt restructuring in existing operational projects to enhance valuation and make funds fungible between projects, preparing financing agreements, getting credit rating of the Project (s), compliance with Regulatory Authority. - Trade Finance Banking Operations, including Issuance, Amendments and Closure of Letter of Guarantee, Letter of Credit, Export and Import Bills lodgements and Bills Purchase and Grants, Invoice & Bill Discounting, Trust Receipts Issuance and Grants - Planning and maintaining daily payments sheets, to ensure that all accounts AP/AR/Payroll seller's services accounts is sufficiently funded to meet the obligations. - Managing FX risk & funding portfolio of Group companies, exposure worth USD 700 to 1000 Million - Dealing/Trading of FX & other financial Instruments, coordinating with banks on settlements - Actively involved in the implementation of Financial Risk Policies and compliance with IFRS, ICS and Internal audit - Responsible for financial controlling includes FX risk analysis, fund flow forecast, Financial analysis, cash management and budgeting. - Forecasting and planning future cash flows and arranging for sufficient reserves during settlement, preparing underlying during derivative contract settlements. - Intragroup reconciliation between entities. (Treasury Accounting) - Handling and preparing documents, both online and offline also including execution and co-ordination with relevant departments and Bank - Dealings with Credit Ratings Agencies and rating metrics for various debt financing facility(ies). Job experience & knowledge preferred: - Excellent understanding of International Banking, online net-banking set up, Fx market and hedging instruments, KYC requirements, UFCE compliances, LEI / GLEIF, across globe and liaising for day-to-day business requirements. - Knowledge of domestic or international Fx markets and hedging products viz. Forward, Interest Rate Swap, Cap, CCS, Seagull, Range forward and use it effectively as a tool for hedging and cost savings - FEMA - Deep understanding of FEMA, overseas debt raising applicability, ODI, cross border transactions and current account transactions. - Knowledge of banking products, trade finance and Apex Body circulars & compliances, CMS, H2H, Payment Gateway etc. - Hands on with due diligence exercises, commercial negotiations, LLC Documentations, Security creation, disbursement compliances, covenants reporting, etc. Preferred Skill Sets: Treasury Operations, Project Finance, Modelling & Valuations, M&A, Foreign exchange compliances (PPC, SAC, ADD), Banking Regulation, Short/Long Term Investments, FX Risk Management, Cash Flow Forecasting & Management, Treasury Process Automation, Internal Audit, Structured Trade Finance, Cross Border Trade, P&L Result & Retrospective Analysis, Working Capital/Credit Facility Line Management, FX Swap, Risk Management/Hedging, BRS, intercompany funding structures, Interest rate derivatives (FRA and Forwards), Strategic Planning, Corporate Finance etc. Salary Package: OMR ..
