Assistant Manager - Corporate Strategy - Manufacturing

We are looking for a candidate for the position of AM Corporate Strategy with an MNC Company.

Position - AM - Corporate Strategy

Qualification - CA Preferable

Candidates who are associate with reputed automotive, rubber companies can apply for this position.

Principle Responsibility:

1. Planning and execution of pre and post M&A activities

2. Analysis of regulatory environment and framework essential for Mergers & Acquisitions

3. Potential candidate must have good knowledge of P&L, Margin & Revenue recognition.

4. Must have in-depth understanding of variance analysis at project against plan and actual.

5. Must be well versed with Strategic Planning & Budgeting exercise including reporting and analysis.

6. Must be strong in Data Analytics.

7. In-depth analysis of investments opportunities and advising the best structure to undertake investments with the objective of Optimizing returns.

9. Preparation of 100 day plan

10. Valuation analysis

11. Financial Modeling, Preparation of long range Business Plan & review & analysis of the Business Plan to understand key financial drivers

12. Valuation Methodologies

13. Diversification and De-risking of Business Model

14. Group Restructuring

15. Jurisdictional analysis

16. Analysis of funding options

17. Preparation of effective presentations, reports, memos, emails (internal and external) for transactions, restructuring of companies etc

18. Identifying and applying tax and regulatory aspects such as corporate law, SEBI, income-tax, stamp duty, foreign investment and foreign exchange provisions.

19. Proficiency in working on MS Power Point & Word, Excel is required.

20. Interface with regulatory authorities.

21. Understanding and analysis of, industry, financial statements, applicable tax provisions, commercial agreements.

22. Assisting in the restructuring assignments such as merger, demerger, slump sale, buyback, capital reduction etc, valuations, diligence reviews etc which includes both advisory and compliance work

- Preferably from manufacturing industry with M&A experience.

- Knowledge in SAP and Excel is must.
