Assistant Manager - Corporate Social Responsibility - TISS/IRMA/XIMB

1) Preparation of CSR Plan in line with approved Budget.

2) Implementation of Approved CSR Plan / Programs for promoting Health, Education & Skill Development, Self-Employment and Infrastructure.

3) Carrying out baseline study, Impact studies and analysis of CSR requirements in the vicinity villages.

4) Engaging Key Stake holders / Prominent Villagers in driving CSR Activities in the Vicinity Villages.

5) Monitoring and reconciliation of CSR Expenses on monthly basis.

6) To establish mechanism to engage middle management in various CSR Activities.

Measuring impact and effectiveness of CSR initiatives/ Programs and building success stories on the influence we have created in the lives of people in the vicinity.

7) Work closely with community leaders, handle their grievances & issues and escalates concerns which require immediate attention to higher ups.

8) Filing application for various CSR Awards, preparation of various MIS, Reports and Board Reports time to time.

9) Ensure effective liaison with relevant Distt. Authorities.

10) Effective development of Curriculum for our Skill Development Center, Placement of Trainees, Hiring of Training agencies as per procurement process.

11) Defining and developing the strategies which underpin a companys CSR objectives. They conduct research, come up with ideas, develop policies, create detailed plans, build relationships with partner organizations, and then implement and coordinate a range of activities and initiatives which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local communities.

Desired Profile :

- Should have 4 to 7 Years relevant experience, preferably from large industrial set-up.

- Should hold a masters degree only from tier 1 institutes like TISS, IRMA, XIMB etc.

- Strong project management and execution skills .

- Practical and result oriented approach

- Track record of executing successful CSR programmes

- Familiar with the latest trends in CSR

- Strong interpersonal skills
