Assistant Manager - CSR
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Development of annual CSR plans and ensuring its effective implementation in ground with partner organization.
- Designing new innovative programs as per the company policy and Social Development Goals (SDGs) ensuring inclusion of socially and economically marginalized people, diverse group of society.
- Conducting regular monitoring and evaluation of projects through verification of indicators across locations and conduct review meetings at regular intervals
- Engage with CSR champions across groups and geographies in planning and implementing CSR initiatives.
- Manage employee giving and employee volunteering programs to ensure greater participation and maintain motivation levels
- Provided assistance in creating communications contents both internal and external to garner visibility on sustainability issues. For Eg: Annual Report, Newsletters, social media etc.
- Guiding implementation on ground and across all remote locations in India, monitoring and evaluation of programs, planning information dissemination to all stakeholders, overseeing utilization of funds, networking with program stakeholders like partners, employees, beneficiaries, conducting capacity building training.
- Designing financial outlays of each project and prepare annual budget for CSR programme of the organization.
- Communications for CSR activities including newsletters, emailers, and award applications Drafting Agreements, Policies and Office Circulars. Event planning and management for various CSR events
- Social media management for programs conducted.
- Managing volunteering and employee engagement activities
- Writing, designing, and compiling annual reports, footprints, and other documents
