- Accountable for increasing Partners business volume & profitability by improving efficiency of sales promotion efforts & partners manpower productivity
- Handling and maintaining appropriate inventory management practices and procedures, taking corrective measures wherever appropriate to execute effective inventory control
- Directly responsible for Working capital Management.
- Forecast product requirement by analyzing market and competitors regularly aiming at achieving best possible revenues for diverse product line.
- Record and update project funnel to provide accurate MIS / projections to top management.
