- Hardcore professional with extensive experience in Managing front line Sales & Business Development, team leading, Key account management, Client servicing and expertise in creating and maintaining long term profitable business relationships by assessing client needs, and strategically positioning product & services in line with customer and market's needs/ projections

- Capable of establishing distribution infrastructure and developing strong network of channel partners - dealers, distributors etc to widen product distribution and deeper market penetration

- Instrumental in designing and implementing innovative sales and business development strategies to acquire and retain reasonable market share in competitive scenario.

- Excellent Relationship Management skills, Team handling ability, determination to handle cross functional responsibilities

- Keeping close contacts with Top Architects, Interior designers, PMC- s, Interior contractors. Plan regular visits and keep them posted with latest product development.

- Accountable for increasing presence - vertically and geographically.

- Accountable for increasing Partners business volume & profitability by improving efficiency of sales promotion efforts & partners manpower productivity

- Handling and maintaining appropriate inventory management practices and procedures, taking corrective measures wherever appropriate to execute effective inventory control

- Directly responsible for Working capital Management.

- Forecast product requirement by analyzing market and competitors regularly aiming at achieving best possible revenues for diverse product line.

- Record and update project funnel to provide accurate MIS / projections to top management.
