Position Title: Asst . Manager Corporate HR
Position is based at Hyderabad
Reporting to: Vice President - HR
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- MBA with 5-8 yrs experience of corporate HR.
- Setting up of HR Department, Formation of HR Systems, Processes, Policies, Procedures & Strategies, its implementation & periodic reviews.
- Facilitated in the formulation of Vision, Mission & HR strategies to achieve organizational Goals/Mission and their periodic review with core Management Group.
- Core team member involved in Strategic Planning, formulation & its implementation for the organization.
- HR & Administration's Divisional Management and its Budget, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Induction, Hiring & Firing, Performance Management, Career Development & Succession Planning & related tasks.
- Training & Development Management: Evaluation of Training Needs, Conducting Training on Knowledge Enhancement & Behavioral skills, and Quality related development programs. Review of the impact of training, Measuring Return on Investment on Training.
- Career planning & Succession Mapping through structured Performance Management periodically and reviewing it against the set KPIs of Business Heads.
- Administered & Managed Camp Facilities across the region and Mess Arrangements.
- Responsible for Transportation of Goods and maintenance of Fleet of vehicles.
