We have an opportunity for Assistant Manager - Corporate position with a leading Pharmaceutical company.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Position title: Assistant Manager - Corporate

Location: Mumbai

Job Description :

- Manage the overall employee life cycle for assigned business units.

- Focus on talent acquisition and efficient day-to-day operations management.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders for smooth execution of recruitment and employee management processes.

Key Responsibilities :

End-to-End Recruitment (50%):

- Oversee recruitment process from job requisition to candidate onboarding.

- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.

- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.


- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop hiring strategies.

- Negotiate terms of employment and extend job offers.

- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).

- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics for improvement.

HR - Business Partnering (50%):

- Implement proactive HR initiatives and practices aligned with business objectives.

- Manage talent capital, talent management, talent development, and transformation.

- Conduct onboarding experiences and facilitate early confirmation for new joiners.

- Drive performance management system.

- Act as point of contact for employee query management.

- Handle exit management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/P.G degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Proficient in using MS Office applications.
