Role &amp; Responsibilities&nbsp;: - Work with the management in designing and implementing structures, roles, reporting relationships, competency matrix, job evaluation and other projects. - Develop and implement a competitive and effective Compensation &amp; Benefits strategy within budgets, market and industry trends, local legislation and corporate guidelines. - Designing and implementation of local HR Policies, systems, processes, practices, procedures and guidelines within the ambit of corporate guidelines and in line with business goals. - Implementation of the Group level Performance Management and Review process and tools. Supporting and guiding management team on the how to use the process and tool effectively.Evaluation and analysis of the process for further improvement. - Designing and implementation of HR communication processes, Portals and its effective communication at the organizational level - Contribution to a good communication within the company. - Nurture a good relationship with social partners and contribute to the good image of the company in the economic environment. - Adopt, at all times, a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of employees and clients, in line with the company's policies and procedures. - Comply, at all times, with the Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct. Qualifications&nbsp;: - Post Graduate degree in HRM with minimum 4 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resources Management: recruitment, training &amp; development, management, administration, compensation &amp; benefits, industrial relations, legislation. - Excellent communication and relational skills to be able to liaise efficiently at all levels. - Must be well organized and have a strong working knowledge of all HR disciplines - Ability to build trust, respect and confidentiality - Hands-on and practical approach - Good balance between firmness and diplomacy. - Sense of initiative, able to work independently. - Be a change agent and model, bringing creative solutions. Financial and organizational analyzing skills to be able to come up with solutions. - Ability to work under pressure and set high standards - Proficiency in MS Office - Fluent in English, high level of written and verbal English
