Assistant Manager- Corporate Finance/ Gurugram

- Min. experience require: 1-3 yrs post qualification

- Candidate should be an MBA (from premier institute) /CA and CFA

- Candidate should be from a Corporate Finance background

- He should have good exp in Financial modelling

- He should have exp in Project finance / Structured finance.

- He should have exp in long term loan

- He should have exp in Debt restructuring

- He should have exp in handling proposals and RFPs

- He should have exp in Contract management, negotiations, monitoring and Lease management also

- He should have a track of Global financial market and also do market research

- Hands on exp is mandatory on Advance Excel.
