AM Controllership - System testing & process controls review during implementation of Revenue and Cost systems. - Responsible for setting up all AR & collections related processes and workflows, tracking them closely, and ensure complete compliance with the Laws of the Land ; Responsible for Invoice and collection accounting. - Create and maintain Revenue metrics for the management - Identify the observations/issues/control gaps in the System/Invoicing/collections process and highlight it to the management. - Accounting and reporting of Revenue & Costs in line with IFRS requirements. - MIS reporting for internal & external stakeholders. - Coordination and dealing with the Auditors (statutory & internal) for quarterly/ annual audits resulting in improvement of controls in various business and support functions. - Build, develop and maintain necessary dashboards for review and analysis of money flows. Ideal Candidate: Experience/ Exposure: - A strong technical background with knowledge of accounting. - Excellent analytical and communication skills. - Ability to work in a diverse and cross-functional environment. - Experience in the field of financial reporting, Revenue and Accounts Receivable and collections. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google sheets, Presentation. Education/ Qualification: CA with1-2.5 years of work experience
