Assistant Manager - Consolidation & Reporting - IT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monthly Consolidation of Financial Statements for the group [ 20 entities across different countries ] including Profit and Loss account and Balance Sheet.

Conversion of Local GAAP financials to IFRS wherever required

Generation of Monthly performance Packs with detailed commentary for performance analysis of actual vs budget comparison for the group.

Reporting consolidated Key Performance Indicators for the group

Review of Group Companies performance pack and publishing the packs after quality review

Annual \ Half yearly audits of the consolidated financials statements and standalone entities managed from Dubai

Consolidation and Reporting of compliance Tracker for the Group

IFRS advisory and Accounting white papers

Review and updation of Group Accounting Policy Framework

Drive improvements including automation in the consolidation process to make the process efficient and faster.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications: Professional accounting or finance qualification (e.g. CA / CPA / ACCA) with 3-4 years prior experience in a similar role

Job-Specific Skills:

IFRS understanding and application; Accounting understanding

Exposure to working in ERP environment

Generic Skills:

Data Mining skills; Excel & Power-point presentation,

Data Modelling Skills.

Strong verbal and written communications skills

Detail oriented and organized; Strong planning and prioritization abilities

High energy levels

Must maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects

Comfortable with flexible working schedule to meet the needs of the Company and its executives
