Opportunity at Manufacturing unit

JD:

- Will be responsible for preparation of quarterly and annual consolidation of financials as per Ind AS

- Will be responsible for tracking all adjustments for accounting standard differences between Ind AS & IFRS, including coordinating with auditors and getting the same audited

- Corporate Finance & Treasury - Managing existing and new requirements for Term Loans,

- Working Capital Loan, Non-fund based banking limits, etc

- Regulatory & Banking Compliances - Managing periodic RBI, FEMA, Banking and SEBI compliances in a timebound manner

- Preparation of Annual Budgets (Financial & Capex), rolling out and periodic monitoring of the Budget numbers
