Our client, a leading conglomerate, is looking to hire a Assistant Manager-Consolidation

The person shall be responsible for providing technical accounting guidance and assisting with the reporting process and. This requires close collaboration with various functions within the company and continuing process improvement within the finance function. Individuals seeking a challenging, multifaceted role in a fast-paced work environment will enjoy the diverse responsibilities of this key position within our client's team.

Responsibilities:

- Preparation of technical memos on various accounting issues including new/ complex transactions under IFRS/ Ind AS

- Analysis of technical updates/ developments

- Preparation of accounting and disclosure checklists and providing inputs on financial statements

- Working on implementation of other accounting and reporting changes: New standards (IFRS/ Ind AS), Companies Act etc.

- You MUST be a qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 1-2 years of experience in Consolidation.

- Incumbent needs to have good knowledge of closing/consolidation processes and a good understanding of IFRS.
