Sr. No Job Description Scope of Work

1 Submission of Proposals NB & Existing sites to various Municipal Corporations and Authorities to obtain DN / NoC. Need to submit NB and Existing sites proposal to various corporations and authorities thru Architects to obtain Demand Notes and NoC's. Follow up with internal Team members, Architects, Corporation TP officials and Chief Engineers / Commissioners for end to end closures.

2 Correspondence / Replies to the municipal Corporations, Authorities & Other Compliance Dept's. / Local bodies. Timely reply to all notices received against Property Tax, NoC i.e Special notices, MRTP notices etc. to ensure no adverse order passed in the matters of Property Tax and Statutory compliance with regards wrong/new assessment, intimation of dismantled sites, excess amount, double assessment, refund applications in MCGM, etc. or any other issue come up in day to day activities.

3 Assessment of Property Tax for all Municipal Corporations, Gram Panchayat and other charges like subletting / Lease. To ensure collection of all Property Tax bills and further payment to be released on time post scrutiny of calculations and past payment reconciliation including "Interest / Shasti". Timely put up for approval and meetings with Corporation officials to resolve disputes / incorrect demands etc.

4 Corporations / Authorities Hearings / Meetings & CSP Meetings: Attend hearings / meetings called from various Authorities / Corporations on Property Tax and NoC or any authorities compliance part related matters at ward offices as well as HO / ADTP / Commissioners / Addl. Commissioners offices. Also meetings with CSP / Landlords on Statutory Compliance related queries / disputes.

5 PR / Payment / NFA: Timely raise the NFA, PR and Payment Requests for MC partners registration / Finalisation of rates, Corporation and Authorities Demand Note Payments and any other NFA's as per day to day work flow.

6 Legal Compliance / Monthly Reports: Co-ordinate with legal team and our advocate for timely support in documentation part and any other requirement at the time of court matters / proceedings and filing the writ petitions at various courts. Ensure error less reports to share with Management / Corporates on circle statutory compliance.

7 Back Office & Data Management: Smooth function of Compliance back office team to maintain updated data on Active / D-com / Locked sites and accurate data on Property Tax payment / Outstanding amount / Dispute amounts. Timely intimation of off air sites. Material recovery from various corporations. Ensure all scan copies available for ready reference and resolve disputes raise by various Corporations or OPCO on billing purpose. Maintain error free data of circle active sites of approx. 4800 and additional NB sites on month of month with regards to Property Tax and NoC.
