Assistant Manager - Compliance - European Luxury Automobile company

Reports to - Team Leader - Legal and Compliance

Location - Gurgaon

Responsibilities :

1. Supports the compliance officer to protect the integrity of the Group, its assets, customers and employees, responsible for developing, setting up, maintaining and operating an effective local Compliance Management System in accordance with the Compliance headquarter functions.

2. Ensures that all business operation and dealings of the company are the objects of the company, compliant with all laws and regulations and requirements of India as applicable to the Group and its Financial Services, ensuring continuity of RBI License.

3. Supports the Line Manager to develop, set up and maintain the local Compliance Management System, and in this function support the Compliance Officer in meeting all relevant internal and external compliance requirements.

4. Supports the Line Manager under AML, RBI regulations, Listing Compliance, FEMA and other applicable compliance for ensuring zero non-compliance, monitoring transactions, and sharing and reporting information as required under the law/regulations.
