Assistant Manager - Compensation & Benefit - US Payroll Shift Timing : 12 to 9pm or 1-10pm. 1. 5 plus years exposure in C&B esp. US Market Payroll, Trends, Bench marking and Regulations. 2. Provide guidance to business to create appropriate salary and benefit philosophy. 3. Evaluate positions .set paygrade and maintain FLSA status. 4. Maintain data in HRIS (Fusion). 5. Conduct benchmarking survey, collate reports and present dashboards. 6. Should be aware of regulations and trends in US market. 7. Responsible for planning and forecasting of annual direct employee and in-direct employee costs. 8. Work under remote leadership and take self ownership of task at hand. 9. Introduce variable pay and reward mechanism.
