Currently we are handling an Asst Manager Compensation & Benefits role with one of the reputed company in India.Candidate having experience in compensation & benefits,employee salary database,Compensation Analytics & MIS etc from good FMCG, Retail or Consumer Durable industry with similar experience minimum 6 + years of experience with good communication skill can apply for the role.
Designation : Assistant Manager Compensation & Benefits
Qualification : MBA from good well-known institute
Reporting to :- Sr.Manager HR
Location : Mumbai
Responsibility :
- Benchmarking & participation in market surveys to understand variance in market ranges & internal ranges
- Compensation Determination for New Recruits & Internal parity Compliance
- Impact analysis for all changes related to compensation & Benefits
- Responsible for the design, implementation and administration of Variable pay program & establish policies and guidelines for the same
- Analysis of the success of each pay out cycle and presenting reports to management wih exhaustive details of the outcome.
Experience:
We are looking for a candidate with minimum 6 years of experience in working in pure company and been role for at least 2 years with company experience and not in payroll .Candidate from good FMCG, Retail & Consumer Durable industry having similar experience can share their CV. Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places.
Salary Range: 8 - 13 LPA
