Reports to Head - C&B

Job Location Noida

Experience: 4-8 yrs

Qualification: PG in HR + Experience

The role will include but not be limited to managing the compensation and benefits for Organisation.

- Compensation Strategy formulation

- Designing and implementing communication plan for senior management and all employees

- Market Research on existing practices and changes incorporated in the industry as well as other sectors

- Compensation Surveys and Benchmark Exercise

- Salary & Grade Fitments

- Compensation Harmonization & Grade Integration

- Manpower Cost Budgeting

- Increment & Bonus Costing

- Overseas Compensation- Formulate policy and overseeing the policy implementation

- Compensation & Benefits Consultation for group companies

- Manage reporting compensation data to the Board of directors.
