Main activities / tasks:   - Compensation planning & Management - Assisting HR - Head in annual appraisal and payreview process, Payout of Variable Pay & salary Increments  - Annual manpower budgeting and departmental budgeting.  - Payroll & Reimbursements Processing for PAN India employees.   - Employee Database management: Maintaining various MIS and employee records, circulating monthly manpower reports to regional office.  - Coordinating with Recruitment consultants for getting the resumes as per the manpower requirement, Shorlisting & interviewing the candidates up to the Grade of Assistant Managers, coordinating for interviews Managers and above,  - Preparing the salary offers based on the internal norms and market data   - Prepare HR related communication and correspondence (Appointment letter, Confirmation letter, Transfer letter, Termination letter, Bonus and Increment letter, any other official HR communication)  - Ensure compliance as per Statutory Requirements: PF, Gratuity, Superannuation, Shops & Estb Act  - Employee Benefits: Mediclaim Hospitalization & PA, Employee welfare activities, helping to open Bank account with HDFC  - Liaising with factories and other units and coordination with employees to clarify on various policies, procedures and HR issues if any  - Coordination with regional offices for HR info sought by them   - Other activities as they come across: HR audit, necessary help for other department's audit, Actuarial Valuation, TDS for salaries, Director's Report  - Full & Final settlement process with Exit Interview  - Work closely with SM - HR to review and Develop HR Policy as per requirements  - Assist SM - HR for creating and maintaining Job Descriptions  - To handle HR admin in an effective manner, Office space management, Facility management.  - To organise Festival events, monthly coffee meets in office. Festival gift procurement and distribution.  - Fire Safety & Emergency Awareness: Practice mock evacuation drill in office
