- Connect and build relationships with Local Brokers and IPC.

- Research on existing market rates prevailing in commercial real estate

- Be an eye and ear for the organisation

- Achieve set revenue targets through innovative strategies

- Responsible for the closing of all existing and new leasing transactions

- Responsible for Client relationship till closure and provide post-closure support
