Managing end to end Field Collection operations for M&G Circle:
- Facilitate Collection team achieves the Monthly Retention & Bad debt Targets understanding of customer needs & enhance Market collection performance like due date & recovery cash flows.
- Sensitize the operational and compliance part within clusters and ensuring the same implementation timely by cluster teams.
- Rolling out incentives and more promotional schemes for customer which helps in driving business smoother and support field team by - Do and Demonstrate
Planning, strategizing and achieving Bad Debt Flow targets:
- Strategist with expertise in managing entire collections operations with key focus on top & bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Make team Understand & Provide integrated solutions comprising of Entp & Non Entp Consumer in order to restrict the flow to subsequent bucket and setting the target based on portfolio weightage & new strategies to be introduced accordingly as per cluster ticket size & performance
Setting up agencies:
- Proficient in developing & streamlining systems & Infra with proven ability to enhance operational effectiveness and meet operational goals within the cost, time & quality parameters.
- Establishing strategic alliances / tie-ups with financially strong & reliable channel partners, resulting in enhanced market penetration & reach.
- Monitoring channel activities; implementing effective strategies to low revenue loss and smoother collections
Field Bucket Management:
- Managing the Flows to subsequent bucket collection with retention which needs to be driven by teams including smoother Payment operations
- Timely posting of cash and payment collected with reconciliation of receipt books allocated to agencies
