Position: Assistant Manager - Collection

Job Responsibilities:

- Recognized proficiency in allocation delinquent cases to collection agencies to work efficiency which in turn maintains profitability leading to retention in business.

- Ensuring effective recovery effort with due adherence of bank's compliance & code of conduct.

- Conceptualizing effectuation collection strategies, techniques & procedures for hard core collections.

- Coordinating with legal department to get more resolution with in code of conduct of organization.

- Responsible for monitoring the daily activities of the Collections Systems used by Field Executives.

- Analyzing performance statistics, taking regular reviews of Team member to maintain productivity standards.

- Rendering regular feedback to the collections team on the portfolio performance, quality of sourcing and market.

- Provide training and working as a mentor to the new joiners in the team.

- Coordination with Sales Team.
