The incumbent should be an MBA from premiere institute with 3 to 6 years of post qualification experience in Channel Sales, Distribution, Distributor Management and Team Management with FMCG / Liquor / Consumer Goods / Telcom Companies.
The incumbent will be responsible for executing the plans developed for the market. Responsible for Sales Volume, Market Shares, and Distribution.
- Responsible for Sales Volumes
- Relationship Building with the Excise/ Corporation
- Designing Trade schemes and effective utilization of Trade Budget
- Facilitate the execution of the promotional activities
- Ensure availability, visibility as per the prescribed format
- Inventory Management of the depots on a daily basis
- Create avenues/ Look for opportunities for Promotional Activities
- Coaching, Training the DSMs
- Working with the DSMs in market
- Communicate the brand execution objective to the DSM
- Adhere to the activation calendar
- Responsible for On -Time Claim generation.
- Responsible for following up with Finance for settlement
- Maintain relationship with Trade Partners
- Maintain database of opinion leaders of the society
- Maintain and analyze the Competition/ Market Data monthly in the prescribed format
- Report the above data timely
- Market Intelligence - Any movement in terms of launch, activation by competition
- Stay on top of the foreseen changes expected in respective market
- Ensure the DSMs maintain proper reporting
- Timely Expense Report submission, as per the prescribed guidelines of the region.
- Timely trade schemes announcement if any (post necessary approvals)
