Assistant Manager - Category Marketing - eCommerce

We are hiring for Asst category marketing manager with one of the leading online grocery provider company

Location : Bangalore

Job Responsibilities :

Primarily responsible for growth marketing of the assigned categories which includes the following action areas :

- Positioning

- Pricing strategy

- Competition Benchmarking

- Communication and promotion

- Customer acquisition and retention to the category

- Work very closely with the buying team to create and maintain the right range across the country

- Understanding customer behavior through data mining and market research. Using data insights to drive actions

- Own customer experience jointly with other stakeholders such as buying, operations and product

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Highly motivated, outcome driven individual with strong business and analytical skills

- 0-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG/ retail/ brand.

- Flexible for undertaking change in responsibilities with changing business needs.

- Great marketer who is not shy with data. High attention to detail and problem solving ability

- Good written, verbal and presentation skills

- Great attitude and ability to learn quickly

- Ability to drive things in a fast paced start-up environment
