KEY BUSINESS RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Line Support
- Maintaining database of key potential clients, developers, investors, etc.
- Effectively handling queries from the regional team
- Creating plan for regular data cleansing (data verification and correction) on Salesforce
- Deal Support
- Assist other team members on ongoing / new transactions
- Conceptualize and prepare marketing collaterals
- Conduct market research, execute data analysis
- Process data received from clients for tracking & presentation purposes
- Conduct site visits
- Reporting
- Collect business data in specified formats
- Conducting financial/business analysis including preparation of reports and review presentations
- Competition tracking & analysis; undertaking media monitoring
- Business Development
- Preparation of client deliverables for participation in competitive pitches/RFP submissions
- Effectively communicating with prospective clients
- Meeting client needs and working towards developing a profitable, productive relationship leading to regenerative businesses
Educational Qualification :
- Graduation is a must
- MBA/PGDM from a premier institute is preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various types of business documents
- Ability to write reports, to effectively respond to inquiries from clients, co-workers, and/or management
- A strong work ethic
- Ability to excel in both team and self-directed settings
- Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles
- Ability to participate in multiple processes simultaneously, while ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables
- Very good attention to detail and the ability to always follow up
