Assistant Manager (Campus Recruitment)

Responsible for sourcing fresh talent from colleges, universities, and other institutions. & building relationships with key influencers on college and university campuses, promoting the company brand, and finding, screening, and selecting candidates for open positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain good relationships with colleges and universities.

- Plan and carry out on-campus recruiting events.

- Work with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.

- Identify and source potential candidates using various campus resources.

- Conduct preliminary screening of candidates to ensure they meet the minimum requirements.

- Coordinate campus interviews and other selection activities.

- Control candidate communications throughout the hiring process.

- Keep accurate and current records of all campus recruitment activities.

- Create and implement strategies for attracting top talent on campus.

- Keep up to date with the latest hiring trends and best practices in campus recruitment.

- Guide and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Always present the company in a professional and positive light.

Qualification And Experience:

1. Should have 5+ Years of Experience in Campus Recruitment

2. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

3. Skilled in organising and time management.

4. Ability to work both on their own and with a group.

5. Staying abreast of the latest hiring trends.

6. Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

8. Ability to set priorities and handle many tasks at once.

9. Strong attention to detail.

10. Proven ability to keep things confidential.

11. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

12. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

13. Strong abilities to negotiate and close a position successfully.

14. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
