Assistant Manager - Business Strategy - Ship Management Firm

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Create strategic presentations for all business critical, internal & external, meetings/events.

- Participate in business initiative/ reviews along with leadership team, Brainstorm and provide critical strategic business inputs to senior management to aid decision making.

- Support the CEO & Business heads with business analysis and insights (Market research, Competitor analysis, etc.).

- Manage the annual long-term Strategic Planning exercise: Developing their strategic plans and KPI for sustainable growth of the business.

- Evaluate new business opportunities.

- Support and advise the leadership team on sales pitch and key messages for internal and external audiences.

- Performance Analysis and Dashboarding: Develop sales performance and business performance dashboards for continuous tracking of metrics.

- Identifying, filling product gaps, and generating ideas that improve customer experience, and aid market penetration.

- Financial Analysis and Insights report for all business services.

- Optimizing business processes through detailed diagnostic studies on operational steps.

- Proactively evaluate and drive adhoc Strategic Initiatives and successfully execute the same working with concerned stakeholders (Cost Optimization Initiatives, Investment Proposals, Innovation Projects, etc.).
