JOB DESCRIPTION : Designation: Assistant Manager - Business Strategy Reporting to Manager Business strategy and VP - business strategy Location: Kalina Office Key roles and responsibilities: - Assist in preparation of investment notes (with financial modeling) - Assist in driving strategic programs with different business verticals - Assist in facilitating investment discussions amongst top management / business teams - Maintain up to date with research on competitors (existing and upcoming). Maintain detailed financial summaries of competitors. - Undertake feasibility studies on internal projects - Engage with investment bankers to identify potential opportunities for M&amp;A - Work on pitches in case of any asset divestment plans - Work with Govt bodies / ministries / nodal agencies to identify PPP opportunities Candidate Specification - Should be a post graduate / CA with 0-2 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking or equity research - Should be strong in data analysis, able to understand and work on financial statements, hands on in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Excellent communication skills with positive attitude
