Assistant Manager - Business Planning & Strategy - eCommerce

Job Description:

- Define, develop and implement business planning processes.

- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods.

- Assist management in process improvement, talent acquisition, budget, forecasting and tracking.

- Assist in preparing a strategic plan.

- Building dashboards to track performance

- Various digital and IT initiatives for automation of business processes

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of market dynamics such as competitor analysis, market size, market share etc.

- Manage digital and traditional marketing for the group company

- Build financial models for the businesses

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree with an MBA(from India or Abroad).

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering will be preferred.

Experience&Desired skills:

- 3 - 4 years of related experiencein similar roles or corporate strategy in a software services/product organization

- Strong knowledge of finance

- Strong knowledge of marketing

- Analytical and detail-oriented

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Tech and social media savvy with proven ability to make high-quality presentations and dashboards
