Assistant Manager Planning
Planning for Business
- Receive forecast from Regional Sales Team basis frozen window agreed by Biz.
- Conduct S&OP as per standard 5 steps.
- Generate procurement plan based on future projected sales post S&OP meetings.
- Supply Tracking of Imported Products.
- Close coordination and manage reporting and supplies with Singapore planning team.
- Generate reports on :
- Forecast accuracy
- Stock reports
- Forward expiry reports
- Expiry / damaged reports
- Inventory Tracking
Requirement :
- SAP
- Product knowledge - composition, physical characteristics
- Ware housing & transportation
- Analytical Skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Rational & logical Approach
