Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, conducting orientation programs for new employees and onboarding.
- Collaborate with Department Managersto identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitmentstrategies.
- Assist in the planning and implementing of employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and guidelines.
- Responsible for managing Human Resource Management System.
Skills Required
- 4-5 years' experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in working with Human Resource Management System.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
