Candidate Profile:  - 2008-2010 Batch qualified MBA with majors in Finance  - Should have high quality experience in a business planning and analysis role in a similar position in the Industry.  - Should be pro-active and result oriented and should possess good communication, leadership, inter-personal, analytical and presentation skills  Work Responsibilities:  - The candidate would be part of the business finance team and would partner with the Finance Controller and the other departments in driving the business to achieve the annual operating plans.  - One would be required to play a key role in the operations and sales support and act as a ‘Business Enabler / Facilitator by supporting the business operations.  Business Planning & Analysis:  - Taking lead in developing detailed and exhaustive Annual Budgets and Financial plans  - Developing Strategic Plan of the Company (Next 5 year financial planning)  - Monthly & Quarterly projections and Analysis  MIS/ Reportings:  - Monthly reporting of departmental P & L and performance against plan  - Monthly profitability analysis (Customer, BU, Brand)  - Monthly Sales Reporting (BU, Franchise, Brand, Customer)   - Deal wise margin analysis  - Reporting of sales achievements and incentives  Business Support:  - Work with other departments in identifying cost efficiencies and profitability improvement opportunities and leading those initiatives to get desired results  - Supporting sales and operations teams in making sound financial decisions   - Partnering with Sales and Marketing teams for new product launches  - Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.  - Would be responsible for all sales support related activities
