Major Skills Required :
Should have at least of 3 years of experience in projects sales, have strong links with Architects, Builder.
Responsible for:
- Sales value and volume targets for ceilings on a monthly basis in the assigned to him.
- Developing close contacts with all architects & PMCs, contractors and institutions to get our products approved for projects going on in the area and other parts of the country.
- Planning activities and making timely reports as agreed with the TSM/ASM/RSM.
- Regular market feedback and suggestion for changes / improvements to the TSM/ASM/RSM.
- Giving regular feed back on competitor's activities in the area to the management.
Key data/measures for area of responsibility :
- Net Sales Value & volume - by managing proper product mix as per budget.
- Number of projects won and lost.
- New customers added during the year.
- Satisfactory contacts with Architects, PMCs & Institutions.
- Proper planning & Timely reporting as per agreement with TSM/ASM/RSM.
- Confirming all orders closed & enquiries generated to customers and channel partners through Enq / Order forms only.
- Updating the SFDC ( Sales force dot com)
