Assistant Manager: Business Development- (Inside sales)- Female

Job Description :

- To identify potential clients, respective decision makers and further establish initial contact by calling and emailingto generate substantial leads.

- Introduction of Business and Services offered, send submissions through mails and build relationship with prospects.

- Maintain effective knowledge of Business, products and services (credit reporting, debt collection) to convert the prospect into clients.

- Keep pace in developments and changes within the market for better understanding of client's needs

- Analyze the requirements of prospects and develop strategies accordingly.

- Using Knowledge of market and competitors, identify and develop Unique Selling Propositions and differentiators

Requisites :

- Graduate in any discipline, MBA/ PGDBA preferred.

- Min 3 -7 years of proven track record and experience in Inside Sales.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

- Should have experience working in a global virtual environment and should have experience in working with Top Domestic and International clients.

- Experience with outbound International BPO would be an added advantage.
