Assistant Manager Business Development, Exports

The incumbent would be responsible for managing Exports sales in S.E. Asia and Oceania countries. Be the primary BD lead in South East Asia (SEA) & Oceanic markets, responsible for :

1. Primary growth : Quarterly orders and annual target achievement by country (TL responsibility of over INR 20 Cr from 7 existing markets)

- Grow & monitor Secondary sales by key SKUs and brands

- Working on yearly activation / promotion plan with individual customers

- Payments follow up

- Maintain country wise budgets and ensure optimal spends

- Business Development ; Work on opening new geographies in the select SEA & Oceanic

Markets region by :

1. Identifying potential distributors

2. Work on value chain for each potential customer

- Identify key product plays for each market and competitor prices for relevant products

- Understanding the market landscape ; MT/GT/WS contribution, Avg Trade margins, Distributor margin expectations, etc.

- Explore best routings options to optimize value chain

3. Plan and execute launch in respective markets
