Job Description :

- Business Development of trusteeship for Corporate Trusteeship Products (Debenture, Security Trusteeship, Special Purpose Vehicles), Generating awareness about t other products like PE& VCF / Alternate.

- Investment Fund & Other SPV's (like ESOP, Welfare, Not for profit Trusts).

- Locate, propose and anchor business opportunity for Trustee Business with new and existing business relation to meet top line and bottom-line growth for Company.

- Actively involved with Debt and Capital market players in fund raising and structuring of deals during debt raising process for Security Creation mechanisms in accordance with the regulatory framework.

- Part of the new initiatives team for product development and enhancement with special emphasis on structured deals to increase revenue growth.

- Ensuring Maximization of Revenue Target for not only at individual level but at the Team budget level (Corporate Trust team) from Corporate Trust Products

- Research market trends, with foresight, to help position the business ahead.
