Assistant Manager - Business Analysis - Consulting Firm

We have an urgent requirement with one of the leading Tier one consulting firm

Position - Assistant Manager

Location - Gurgaon

Shift timings :- 1 pm - 10 pm

- Participate directly in the establishment and ongoing improvement of Growth Markets Region Strategy, with - geographic footprint optimization- as a key focus area

- Conduct outside-in analysis of market opportunities through primary and secondary research and provide insightful recommendations (including market surveys and analyst reports)

- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing and HR staff to gather and analyze data from various systems in support of strategic initiatives; provide insight into desired product and service portfolio, client and industry segments

- Monthly performance reporting (e.g. Country CEO dashboard, Portfolio momentum plans, etc.)

Corporate development

- Support GMR corporate development in strategic and financial analysis of potential transactions by conducting necessary diligence

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to produce inorganic pipeline reports

- Track, measure, and present progress on M&A activity
