Assistant Manager - Budgeting
- To coordinate the annual OPEX budget process.
- To prepare the monthly MIS of the company and present it to the Top Management.
- To identify and suggest improvements in the MIS framework of the organization.
- To coordinate the budget upload in the ERP and the additional budget requests.
- To analyze and explain the variations against the budget, with the inputs provided by the different stakeholders.
- To answer any queries from the different stakeholders about the budget and actuals.
- To coordinate the annual Capex budget process.
- To monitor and control the budget category wise. Raise an alarm when the actual expenses are exceeding the budget.
- To support cross-functional teams with any ad hoc financial analysis or report, such as the Business plans, annual budget and forecast during the year
