Product Manager ( NPD ) - MNC Water Proofing & Construction Chemical Company

Location: Mumbai ( Pan India Role )

- Design innovative sales strategies to ensure deeper penetration, customer loyalty, and brand presence, thereby bringing in substantial growth in revenues.

- Developing new products using research, customer feedback and other methods of information gathering.

- Implementing communication strategies, such as campaigns/road shows to attract customers.

- Preparing marketing plans, including budgets and progress reports, deciding on pricing and special deals for goods and services and analyzing customer feedback and monitoring customer satisfaction.

- Identifying areas for growth and creating strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the product and differentiating features.

- Solutions oriented approach with excellent relationship skills, the experience of assigning new territories, successfully and consistently delivering the responsibilities of revenue generation, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirement:

- MBA / Engineer preferred

- Should be currently in the Product Development Role

- Should have a Mix experience of Sales / BD

- Able to manage a New Category of a Product line

- From -- Water Proofing / Adhesive / Construction Chemical / Allied Cos

- Relocation candidate can apply

- Candidate currently in Sales, willing to manage BD/category management role ", can apply
