Assistant Manager ( B2C,Online Marketplace, Promotional Activities)

- Manage and execute promotional activities on Amazon, Flipkart, quick-commerce, and other marketplaces in India

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective campaigns

- Monitor product listings to ensure accuracy and optimal positioning

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, marketplace policies, and competition

What we're looking for?

- 2+ years of experience in B2C sales on Amazon, Flipkart, or other online marketplaces

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Knowledge of marketplace policies and best practices

- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub is preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Out of the box thinking.

- Attention to detail. Good written and oral communications skills.

- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
