Forecasting and Planning monthly and quartely sales targets and executing them in a given time frame.
Market Analysis: Analyzing the latest market trends and tracking competitors- activities; providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies; initiating market development efforts.
Operations: Managing activities pertaining to negotiation / finalization of deals (techno-commercial) for smooth execution of sales & order processing.
Interfaces : With external stake holders like Architect / PMC / Interior Designers / Builders / Developers
Reporting to Zonal Sales Head
Candidate Requirement :
BE / BTECH is a mandatory
Should be from B2B Sales from any "Building Material Industry / Allied Industry Only"
Should have a strong connect with "Architects / PMC / Interior Designers"
