Designation - Assistant Manager

- Finalization of Trial Balance, Preparation of Financial statements on quarterly basis, etc.

- Preparation of MIS on monthly basis.

- Advance tax working on quarterly basis.

- Preparation of working and work papers required for Tax audit, ITRs, Income tax assessment, GST Annual return, GST audit, etc. and Co-ordination with Direct tax team and indirect tax team for submission, etc.

- Ensuring timely recording of Salary JV with proper working and it's reconciliation

- Ensuring the Payments of all statutory dues to be paid in stipulated time period like PF, ESIC, PT, GST, TDS, etc.

- Preparation, Submission and Reconciliation of GST payment and Returns as well as Input tax credit and ensuring the submission of various returns under GST i.e. GSTR1 & GSTR3B, GSTR-9 and ITC reconciliations

- Statutory compliance report for Monthly as well as Quarterly

- RERA Compliances: Preparation of workings for RERA form 3 and Form 5 which are applicable and mandatory

- Ensuring the quarterly TDS return to be filed within stipulated time period along with it's reconciliation with the books

- Preparation of RPT Sheet and ensuring the balance are matching with corresponding entities.

- Vendor Reconciliations - As and when required

- Asset code Creation with proper checking the plant and WBS

- All Non-PO Bills Posting with ensuring the correct accounting

- All government payment related to PMRDA, MPCB etc., and it's budget uploading and releasing

- MSME working for audit
