Assistant Manager - Audit - Big4 Offshore Audit - CA - US Employee Benefit Plan

Designation: Asst. Manager - Audit (Big4 Offshore Audit) - US Employee Benefit Plan.

Location: Bangalore.

The Assistant Manager should have prior experience in Audit domain and should have proven experience in service delivery, process improvements and operational excellence. S/he should have prior people management skills (may be required to manage up to 40+ employees directly) and ability to handle stakeholder relationships in a shared services organization.

Experience Requirements:

- 4-8 years of experience including 2-3 years in performing audits of US EBP (US Employee Benefit Plan)

- Should have worked with a Big 4 firm in the US or their Audit offshore centre in India

- Senioring experience on Employee benefit plan audits is an added advantage

Eligibility Criteria:

Should have completed CA within 4 attempts.

Should have atleast 55% throughout academics (10th, 12th and graduation) and not necessarily in CA.
