Asst Manager - ATS Administrator (Avature)

- Our company is looking for an ATS System Administrator to join our Talent Acquisition team.

- In this role you will be responsible for the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of our Talent Acquisition Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- You will manage our new system roll out and provide training as well as lead complex system configuration.

- You will also lead the integration of our ATS with Ultipro.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for ATS system configuration, workflow creation, documentation of configuration decisions & system requirements.

- Interpret and translate process flows to coordinating system workflows.

- Discovers industry best practises regarding how to best leverage the system and its current configuration to best meet business needs. Develops a plan to implement the desired recommendations.

- Troubleshoot, coach, and provide general support and day-to-day issue resolution to end users: HR, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Candidates.

- Maintain functional knowledge of HR processes and platforms.

- Oversee various recruitment systems and processes that support our ability to drive the right candidates to our career site through to hire.

- Support other recruiting projects as needed.

- The person will be required to work US ET shift hours to support US Team

Basic Qualification :

- At least 3 years of experience in an ATS Administrator role supporting a commercial ATS.

- Bachelors in Computer Science.

- Experience with Avature ATS + Ultipro/UGK integration a plus

- Strong systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organization skills and problem-solving skills.

- Project management experience preferred.
