Assistant Manager - Assurance - Shared Services Client - CA

Aggressively hiring CA professionals with statutory experience experience for Assistant Manager role for the Global Clients.

ALL INTERVIEW ROUNDS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN ONE DAY

Job Location : Bangalore

5 days a week, Working hours Window : 8:00 am - 8:00 pm as per Geography.

Travelling : 15-20%

Job Responsibilities:

- Support in managing portfolio of engagements, by leading a team of seniors and associates.

- Ensure the team delivers timely and high quality work.

- Demonstrate strong understanding while performing reviews of audit procedures along with knowledge of to make audits related processes more efficient and meaningful.

- Develop and maintain productive relationships with key counterparts in engagement teams like Assurance executives.

Required Skills:

- Expert knowledge of Indian accounting and auditing related standards or knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP/US GAAP and international auditing related standards is an added advantage.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Effective interpersonal, risk management, facilitation and presentation skills.

- Project management, leadership, and coaching, counseling and supervisory skills.

Desired Profile:-

- CA with 3 - 5 yrs of working exp.

- Strong exposure to statutory audit.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to handle a team.
