Experience : At least five (5) year experience in a call center in customer service/ customer facing processes. Out of this minimum three (3) years experience in call center in a supervisory role.

Age : 27-30 years

Location : Saki Vihar Road, Andheri (E) Mumbai

Education : Graduate in any discipline, post graduation in relevant field will be a plus Salary - upto 7 LPA

Strong working knowledge of ACD phone systems and call center management tools and principles.

Basic knowledge about 4 wheelers & 2 wheelers will be an added advantage

Should be available 24X7 in case of emergencies
