Job Description:

- Ensure achievement of sales targets for multiple Product categories.

- Planning, Organizing & Execution of Retail Promotion & dealers sales through primary & secondary targets.

- Focus areas are quality of distribution in terms of coverage/reach/counter shares.

- Maintain and monitor relevant reports tracking the business performance.

- Training and motivating channel team to achieve their targets.

- Handle Channel Partners and DSEs in given territory

- Providing customer support and improving the quality of service in the market.

- Ensuring high visibility of products at retail level
